Corporate retreats are opportunities to connect, inspire, and create unforgettable moments as a team. Whether it’s a small group of ten or a large gathering of two hundred, I’ve had the privilege of designing retreats that strike the perfect balance between productivity and relaxation.
From breathtaking venues to carefully curated activities, I’ve always believed that the details matter. My background in crafting personalized travel experiences allows me to ensure every element of a corporate retreat contributes to an impactful experience.

Marlena Rylska
Executive assistant to GM
Grand Hyatt, Playa del Carmen
I worked with Asia Jean Dupont for 3 years at the Westin Resort in Sint Maarten. She was my favorite specialist in everything DMC and events. We also attended numerous International Trade Shows together.
She is always professional, always smiling and happy and all the clients I ever had that worked with her were in the same opinion as myself, that she just simply is an extraordinary Event Guru and woman in general. Everyone loves her!

Creative
As a travel professional, I excel at creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Imagine arriving and being whisked away on a private boat transfer, setting the tone for an unforgettable adventure from the start.
Dive deep into local culture with unique activities. Every journey is a canvas for beautiful moments, creatively crafted to turn your dreams into reality.

Planning
I take pride in organizing seamless journeys from start to finish. With experience handling groups from 10 to over 200, I meticulously plan every aspect of the itinerary.
From selecting the perfect hotel to arranging transfers, coordinating team-building activities, and managing hospitality desks, I handle every detail with precision and care.
My goal is to provide a seamless and stress-free travel experience, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the journey and create lasting memories.
Operations
I manage day-to-day operations with precision, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to deliver a flawless experience.
Whether it's coordinating last-minute changes or providing on-the-ground support, my proactive mindset and attention to ensure a smooth service at every step.
Through organizing corporate retreats, I’ve learned that success is about more than logistics—it’s about understanding team dynamics and creating experiences that resonate. These soft skills have become second nature to me. They not only define how I approach each retreat, but also inform how I lead in my role at Marriott.

Kimberly Willis & Shellie Neuman
Partners, Think Neu Events
While Think Neu Events was evaluating Saint Martin for a corporate incentive trip, The Belmond La Samanna introduced us to their preferred DMC, Asia DuPont. Her history, charismatic personality, and multi-lingual ability proved invaluable. She showed us venues, gorgeous scenery, and off-the-path possibilities.
Our time together allowed our inquisitive minds to learn more about her. Being the person she is, her values, and her work ethic, we knew that we would not lose contact with this worldly asset.

Some of my previous missions
I’ve had the privilege of organizing a variety of corporate trips, each one designed to meet specific needs and expectations. Whether it’s coordinating team-building retreats, hosting key client gatherings, or planning off-site meetings, every experience has been unique. These are just a few highlights, and I’m always eager to craft tailored solutions for new and exciting professional journeys.
