I’ve always believed the best experiences come from listening and understanding what people truly want. What are their passions? How do they imagine their perfect trip? By diving into these questions, I turned ideas into reality—whether it was designing adventures full of culture and art, or creating tranquil escapes focused on wellness and relaxation.

My creativity and knowledge of global destinations allowed me to craft unique, mood-perfect activities for every traveler. This ability to think outside the box is something I now bring to creating tailored guest experiences at the Marriott Champs-Élysées.

Planning

I thrived on organizing every detail, ensuring each journey was seamless from start to finish. From selecting the perfect accommodations to arranging private transportation, curating restaurant reservations, and booking exclusive activities like spa days or guided excursions, I managed it all with precision and care.

Today, this meticulous approach helps me deliver the level of excellence guests expect in one of Paris’s most iconic hotels.

Assistance

The unexpected doesn’t scare me—it motivates me. Whether it was arranging a surprise proposal, responding to last-minute requests, or pivoting plans due to weather changes, I consistently went above and beyond to ensure my clients’ happiness.

This skill for quick problem-solving and delivering delightful surprises is now part of my commitment to making every guest’s stay in Paris magical.

Here are just a few of the trips I've worked on so far. I’ve helped plan everything from laid-back beach vacations to off-the-beaten-path adventures. Of course, this is just a glimpse—there are so many more experiences I’ve been lucky to be part of, and I'm always excited to dive into something new!

VVIP arrival from Sint Barth to Sint Martin

Arrival on private jet - 4 guests

• Preparing logistics details with both FBO and booking the flight

• Greeting the guests

• Planning transfers in/out and activities in the island till departure flight (lunch and private shopping experience)

• Ensuring coordination with staff in France, St Martin, St Barth

Festive family reunion in Saint Martin

Multigenerational family - 60 guests

• Coordinating all arrivals with FBO and Front desk to provide an utmost arrival experience

• Organizing daily optional activities (boat tours, sports activity, helicopter tours)

• Coordinating daily transfers in/out the hotel with Chauffeur service available for the VVIP

• Being pro active and creative in case of last minute changes (weather or other)

How it shapes what I do today
